Job Overview
As a Janitorial Associate at Walmart, you will be responsible for preserving the cleanliness and safety of our store environment, ensuring customers receive a positive first and last impression. Your duties cover maintaining cleanliness from the parking lot through restrooms and receiving areas.
Compensation
The hourly wage ranges from $14 to $27, with actual pay aligned to or exceeding the legal minimum wage applicable for the Lafayette, IN location. Additional pay may be awarded through annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific tasks performed. Multiple premiums can be combined when relevant.
Work Schedule and Location
This position offers full-time and part-time employment options with shifts including Opening, Morning, Mid-Shift, and Closing. The workplace is onsite at Walmart Supercenter #3851, located at 2347 Veterans Memorial Pkwy S, Lafayette, IN 47909.
