About the Role

Join Pilot Company as a Janitorial Maintenance Associate, where you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for diverse guests ranging from professional drivers to daily commuters and vacationers. Key Duties

• Keep the store premises clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Clean shower and restroom areas thoroughly to ensure guest comfort.
• Handle washing, loading, and unloading of towels used in showers.
• Conduct general repairs and maintenance tasks within the store facility.
• Collect and dispose of trash around the travel center efficiently.
• Deliver outstanding guest service by maintaining spotless and fully functional facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be a motivated self-starter capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand or walk for most of the workday.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Preferred: Prior experience in janitorial or maintenance roles and familiarity with industrial equipment with basic repair skills.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage starting from $11.85 up to $17.25.
