Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Architect to join the Architecture team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The position involves supporting the creation and refinement of architectural solutions for building and infrastructure projects. You will work closely with experienced architects and engineers and gain exposure to the full design journey, from early concept work through detailed design and construction documentation.

What You Will Do

  • Help prepare architectural drawings, design packages, and presentation materials for different project phases.
  • Assist senior architects with concept development, 3D visuals, and technical documentation.
  • Work with teams across structural, MEP, and interior design disciplines to support coordinated project delivery.
  • Take part in design reviews and help ensure work aligns with project standards, applicable codes, and client expectations.
  • Join site inspections, design workshops, and client discussions whenever needed.
  • Keep your knowledge current on design software, sustainability concepts, and evolving architectural practices.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution is required.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in architectural design, ideally in an international or multidisciplinary consultancy setting.
  • Working knowledge of regional design guidelines, building regulations, and sustainable design approaches.
  • Prior involvement in concept design, detailed drafting, and presentation preparation.
  • Experience with large-scale developments such as mixed-use, commercial, or institutional projects will be considered an advantage.

Skills and Tools

  • Ability to use AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite for design and presentation work.
  • Basic familiarity with BIM processes and coordination workflows.
  • Strong eye for detail and a creative approach to solving design challenges.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in collaborative teams.
  • Commitment to design quality and continuous professional growth.
