About the Role
Goel Ganga Corporation invites applications for the position of Junior Architect to work at our Camp location in Pune. We seek candidates with up to 3 years of experience holding a B.Arch degree or a Diploma in Architecture. This role requires a candidate based in Pune to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Prepare architectural drafts and detailed Getting-For-Construction (GFC) drawings.
- Create 3D models using software tools to visualize architectural designs.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders involved in projects.
- Visit project sites periodically to ensure design compliance and provide support as needed.
Technical and Regulatory Knowledge
- Proficient in AutoCAD is mandatory for this role.
- Familiarity with SketchUp or Revit is required to support design processes.
- Basic understanding of regulations such as PMC, PCMC, PMRDA, and UDCPR is necessary.
