Position Summary

We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join a prominent independent media agency in London. This full-time position offers a hybrid work environment, requiring presence in the office three days per week. Key Responsibilities

  • Create reports and dashboards that effectively track campaign outcomes and overall business performance.
  • Consolidate and validate data from diverse sources to guarantee accuracy in reporting.
  • Detect patterns, trends, and potential opportunities by analyzing complex datasets.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of dashboards and Business Intelligence systems.
  • Support ongoing analytical projects including research and reporting assignments.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather and understand their data and reporting needs.
  • Enhance reporting workflows and ensure high data integrity.
  • Continuously learn emerging technologies and analytical methods to bolster your professional growth.

Candidate Profile

  • Holds a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related analytical field.
  • Proficient with Excel functions, particularly Pivot Tables and lookup formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
  • Experience with Power BI is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, Tableau, or Looker Studio is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical thinking with robust problem-solving capabilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Inquisitive and proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Effective communication skills for clearly presenting data insights.
