Role Summary
This part-time, on-site Junior Designer position is based in the Greater Philadelphia area. The role supports the creation and production of marketing and product-related creative materials across packaging, digital content, print pieces, and social media visuals.
In this role, you will help produce layouts, prepare assets for print and web, refresh existing design files, and keep branding aligned across all customer-facing and internal touchpoints. You will also work with marketing, product, and operations teams to turn business needs into effective visual solutions, while assisting with image selection, light photo editing, and design asset organization.
Key Duties
- Develop and refine layouts for packaging, marketing, digital, and print materials.
- Prepare design files for both print production and online use.
- Update and adapt existing creative assets while maintaining brand standards.
- Support the creation of graphics for social media and web platforms.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into visual outputs.
- Select images, perform basic photo edits, and manage design folders and brand files.
Qualifications
- Basic graphic design ability with knowledge of composition, typography, and color use.
- Hands-on experience with standard design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, or equivalent software.
- Capability to create digital assets sized and formatted for web and social channels.
- Careful attention to detail, especially in branding, formatting, and file organization.
- Comfort working with feedback and collaborating across multiple teams.
- Ability to handle priorities, meet deadlines, and work part-time on site in Greater Philadelphia.
- A portfolio showing relevant design work, ideally for consumer, skincare, health, or beauty products.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a similar area, or comparable practical experience.
- Interest in skincare, wellness, or health-focused products is an added advantage.
