Role Overview

As a Junior Graphic Designer within the Graphics Team, you will accelerate project delivery for international live events by producing precise print artwork and digital assets. Your work will encompass developing key visuals, environmental graphics, booth signage, and printed materials for global conferences, plus collaborating with the Content Team to support interactive touchscreen interfaces and digital campaign assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement approved Key Visuals across complex 3D exhibition setups including large-scale walls, suspended graphics, and signage.
  • Prepare print files meticulously ensuring correct color profiles, resolution, bleeds, and safety margins.
  • Master software efficiencies, including shortcuts and tools like Figma and AI-assisted design software to expedite concept creation.
  • Create modular graphic elements and user interface layouts for interactive and digital activations.
  • Respond to briefs with creative layout options delivering brand consistency from massive prints to digital displays.
  • Manage assigned projects independently, meeting deadlines and quality standards while communicating pro-actively about challenges.
  • Maintain clear, positive communication across design and content teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Engage enthusiastically with studio culture and contribute constructively in meetings and during project kickoffs.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess 1 to 2 years of relevant agency or studio experience (or exceptional academic portfolio) demonstrating advanced skills in layout, typography, and print production.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite—particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; familiarity with Figma or other digital prototyping tools is highly advantageous.
  • A strong enthusiasm for print and environmental graphics complemented by curiosity and openness toward interactive digital technologies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with rigorous standards for alignment, typography, and print file preparation.
  • Authorized to work in the UK with fluent English communication skills.
