Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d) to join us full-time immediately. This role plays a vital position in executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive the company's success.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with your team lead to create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns, including creating ad creatives, launching campaigns, and analyzing KPIs and data to produce reports.
• Provide creative input and develop original ideas to expand reach and impact across paid channels, taking ownership of your own projects.
• Work in close partnership with colleagues from marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure campaign alignment.

Qualifications

• Strong enthusiasm for startup environments, data-driven work, and a focus on achieving results.
• Previous experience in an agency setting or the FMCG sector.
• Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager or other performance monitoring tools such as Google Analytics.
• Fluency in both German and English is required.
