Role overview

As a Junior Recruiter, you will speak with potential applicants by phone and pre-screen candidates interested in roles in the healthcare sector. Your task is to quickly determine fit, ask the right questions, and independently decide whether a candidate should move forward.

The position is designed to fit around your studies. You can choose when you work, even at short notice, and adjust your shifts flexibly as long as the required hours are met.

Working hours and flexibility

This is a part-time role with around 20 hours per week, scheduled to suit your timetable. Availability of 10 to 20 hours per week is expected. Shift planning is self-managed, with the freedom to sign up spontaneously and without needing to justify changes.

What you will do

• Call prospective applicants on a daily basis
• Conduct telephone pre-qualification for healthcare-related vacancies
• Assess whether candidates match the role requirements
• Ask targeted questions to verify suitability
• Independently decide which applicants should be passed on

• You enjoy speaking with people and are comfortable on the phone
• You work independently and do not need constant supervision
• You want to earn meaningful money alongside your studies
• You can commit to 10 to 20 hours per week
• You are currently enrolled at a university; the field of study does not matter
