Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior UI/UX Designer to join our energetic product team. This role involves collaborating closely with senior designers, product managers, and engineers to develop user-centered designs that improve our platform’s functionality and usability. It presents an excellent opportunity to enhance your design skills while contributing meaningfully in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support the creation and refinement of user interfaces for both web and mobile applications.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and detailed mockups to effectively present design concepts.
Perform user research and usability evaluations to collect feedback and refine design solutions.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements, business objectives, and technical limitations.
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and adhere to established design standards.
Engage in design reviews, offering and receiving constructive critiques to enhance design quality.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related discipline.
Minimum one year of UI/UX design experience, including internships or freelance projects.
Proficiency with design software such as Claude Design, Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalents.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and principles of responsive web design.
Strong aesthetic sensibility and commitment to creating seamless user experiences.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a dynamic setting.
A portfolio demonstrating your UI/UX design expertise.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Familiarity with user research techniques and usability testing.
Experience designing features related to artificial intelligence.
Understanding of design systems and reusable component libraries.
Knowledge of prototyping tools and methodologies.
Awareness of web accessibility best practices and standards.
