About the Role

As a Kitchen Porter, you are the essential support for the kitchen, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and smooth operations so the culinary team can concentrate on crafting vibrant flavors.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a pristine and operational kitchen environment.
  • Efficiently wash pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to support the chefs' workflow.
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, promptly reporting low stock levels.
  • Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations to ensure personal and team safety.
