Role overview
Wagamama’s kitchens are built around fresh ingredients, made-to-order dishes, and a fast-moving team environment. In this kitchen porter position, you’ll play a key support role by keeping the back-of-house area clean, orderly, and ready for service so chefs can concentrate on preparing bold food.
Key duties
- Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen throughout service.
- Wash pots, pans, and other equipment so the cooking team can keep working efficiently.
- Top up cleaning products and let the team know when supplies are running low.
- Support the kitchen with simple preparation tasks when extra help is needed.
- Follow health and safety procedures to protect yourself and the wider team.
