Role overview

Wagamama is all about fresh cooking, quality ingredients, and dishes prepared to order. In this full-time kitchen porter position, you will play a key support role by keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and working efficiently so the chefs can stay focused on delivering bold flavours.

Key duties

  • Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen that is ready for service at all times.
  • Wash pots, pans, and other equipment so the kitchen team can keep cooking without delay.
  • Replenish cleaning products and alert the team when supplies are running low.
  • Assist with straightforward food preparation tasks when support is needed.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures to protect yourself and the wider team.
