About the Role
Siera IT Services is seeking an experienced Kronos Consultant to provide expert support for UKG/Kronos Workforce Management solutions. This position is based in Noida, India, and focuses on enhancing and maintaining workforce management systems, particularly related to timekeeping and scheduling functionalities.
Key Responsibilities and Skills Required
- Provide comprehensive support for UKG/Kronos Workforce Management systems with 8 or more years of industry experience.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Time & Attendance as well as Scheduling modules within Kronos platforms.
- Manage payroll integration processes ensuring smooth data flow and accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to workforce compliance standards and regulations through effective system configurations and support.
