Job Overview
We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to effectively manage client relations and drive sales through WhatsApp. The role involves managing existing clients, proactively reaching out to prospects, converting leads into sales, and maintaining detailed reports on activities and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client interactions on WhatsApp promptly to ensure strong relationships and client satisfaction.
- Proactively inform current clients about new products, offers, and updates to encourage repeated sales and cross-selling opportunities.
- Implement a systematic follow-up mechanism (such as on Day 1, Day 3, and Day 7) to nurture clients and encourage repeat business.
- Engage with a database of WhatsApp contacts and leads to identify and qualify potential customers through targeted communication campaigns.
- Maintain and build prospect lists and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel until they are ready for sales engagement.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, including virtual product demonstrations.
- Address and overcome objections related to pricing and product features to facilitate purchasing decisions.
- Consistently achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
- Generate detailed reports on sales activities, performance metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments such as onboarding, support, and marketing to guarantee smooth client integration.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly remuneration ranging between 15000 and 20000 INR.
