Role Overview
In this position, you will help grow the business by sourcing new leads and arranging meetings for the sales team. The role is centered on setting no-obligation consultations with prospects interested in digital advertising services, rather than closing sales over the phone.
The opportunity is offered as either office-based or remote, and it is available in full-time and part-time formats. The job is based in the Greater Melbourne Area.
Key Responsibilities
- Find potential customers using cold calls, email campaigns, and similar outreach methods.
- Screen prospects and arrange appointments for the sales team.
- Keep lead and meeting records accurate and up to date.
- Work closely with the sales team to pass along qualified prospects smoothly.
- Consistently work toward monthly and quarterly lead-generation and appointment-setting targets.
Experience and Skills
The ideal candidate should bring at least 3 years of industry experience, along with a minimum of 6 months spent in cold calling, appointment setting, telesales, or telemarketing. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and detail-oriented skills are important, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office is also expected, and comfort in a fast-moving environment is needed.
