Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lean Manager to lead Continuous Improvement initiatives within a global manufacturing environment. If you have a passion for fostering a Lean culture and excel at executing kaizen events combined with structured problem-solving that delivers measurable business outcomes, this opportunity is ideal for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with site leadership to develop and execute the Continuous Improvement (CI) strategy.
- Facilitate and lead kaizen events and problem-solving activities aimed at operational enhancement.
- Design and implement visual management systems and daily management routines to support Lean processes.
- Deliver training sessions on Lean methodologies including 6S, SMED, Kanban, and OEE tools.
- Mentor and coach teams to embed sustainable Lean capabilities across operations.
- Drive performance improvement across core areas such as Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost efficiency, and Productivity.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on Lean implementation.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree; advanced degrees are advantageous.
- Proven success in deploying Lean Operating Systems that have led to tangible operational benefits.
- Preferred certifications include Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
- Excellent coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder influencing capabilities.
- Demonstrates a strong orientation towards proactive action and results delivery.
