Overview
The Learning Operations team at PepsiCo acts as a strategic collaborator within the global learning function, offering learning leaders, sponsors, and employees the insights and tools needed to enrich the learner experience. The Global Learning Service Delivery Analyst role entails the ongoing design, configuration, testing, and deployment of user training through the global Learning Management System (SuccessFactors). This position also supports continuous system enhancement, handles resolution of system-related issues, and assists Tier 2 support by troubleshooting access problems to learning resources.
Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent and quality learning services to markets.
- Assist in driving process enhancements for better service delivery.
- Collaborate with learning and development (L&D) teams across various regions to provide learning services effectively.
- Coordinate with project managers to manage course enrollment groups, monitor attendance, and generate training reports.
- Administer the LMS by handling the Learning Calendar uploads and maintaining the course catalog.
- Monitor LMS enrollments, assign courses, build online assessments, schedule training sessions, and keep the training calendar up to date.
- Address tier-1 queries from stakeholders and employees promptly.
- Manage training registrations by adding nominees to the LMS, issuing invitations, sending registration reminders, and updating attendance records including managing changes such as new invitees and dropouts.
- Record learning credits by updating attendance for classroom and virtual trainings.
- Administer training feedback through surveys, analyze results, and present insights to market learning leads.
- Generate and share analytics reports on training needs and attendance with stakeholders using LMS data.
Qualifications
- Between six months to two years of professional experience working with Learning Management Systems or HR systems.
- Preferably experienced in working across multiple sectors or countries.
- Possession of a university degree.
- Familiarity with HR technology platforms.
