Role Responsibilities
- Identify urgent learning needs and select suitable learning formats to address them
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define learning goals and support content creation and delivery
- Act as a resource for best practices in learning program design and delivery
- Contribute to planning and executing significant learning projects and initiatives
- Lead facilitation of learning sessions through workshops, presentations, and discussions, both in person and online
- Collect and analyze program data to assess effectiveness and pinpoint improvement areas
- Manage administrative aspects such as scheduling, logistics, communications, and preparation of materials
- Support assessment of program impact by measuring learner engagement and behavioral change
- Keep up-to-date with adult learning theories and trends in the field
- Champion corporate responsibility efforts including recycling, social advocacy, and volunteer programs
- Comply with food safety protocols inherent to the role
- Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Learning & Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, or a related discipline
- Between two to three years’ experience in learning and development, training, or similar fields; alternatively, one to two years with an advanced degree
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design
- Strong skills in organization and project management
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
