Role Overview
This full-time position located in Chandigarh entails managing and overseeing the Learning Management System (LMS). Responsibilities include configuring the LMS, managing user accounts with appropriate roles and permissions, uploading and organizing training materials, creating and administering courses and learning paths, monitoring enrollment and completion status, troubleshooting user challenges, coordinating with trainers and content developers, generating detailed learner progress reports, and ensuring data integrity. The role also requires optimizing LMS functionalities, supporting training and onboarding processes, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the learning experience.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proficient in LMS administration, including system setup and user role management.
- Skilled in course creation, content management, and structuring learning programs.
- Adept at diagnosing and resolving technical issues, working with IT or external vendors.
- Competent in tracking learner metrics and producing informative reports for stakeholders.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively engage with trainers and subject experts.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities capable of juggling multiple tasks.
- Preferably experienced in corporate training, e-learning, or education technology sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or a similar discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to work onsite in Chandigarh and actively interact with internal teams and learners.

- Salary range: ₹25,000 to ₹45,000 CTC per month
