Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Loan Executive to join our team in Nashik, Maharashtra. The role involves direct field sales activities focused on providing loan products to merchants and managing records meticulously.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to identify and approach merchants for loan offerings.
- Educate merchants about the loan products, explaining their features and advantages comprehensively.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and client data.
- Achieve or surpass established sales targets consistently.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships.
- Work exclusively in the field as part of a 100% field sales position.
Requirements and Skills
- Prior experience in selling financial products, especially within the Fintech domain such as loans or insurance.
- Basic knowledge of digital loan processing steps including KYC verification, mandate processing, and autopay setups.
- Strong sales orientation and ability to meet demanding targets.
