Job Overview

Based within the Trade Counter team in Campbelltown, you will assist plumbers and other tradespeople in obtaining essential materials for various building and renovation projects while also performing operational duties essential to branch efficiency.

Daily Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and product information to clients.
• Provide accurate quotes both face-to-face and via telephone communications.
• Manage picking, packing, and stock control to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure the branch environment remains organized, tidy, and safe.
• Perform timely deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in retail sales or customer service, enjoying engagement with customers in person and by phone.
• Competent in order picking and maintaining appealing shop floor arrangements.
• Technologically proficient and quick to learn new systems.
• Hold a clean, valid driver's license; possessing a valid forklift license is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Motivated to advance their career either locally or across Reece's wider network.
