  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements including US Customs (ISF/AMS), FMCSA/DOT standards, and cross-border regulations for shipments between the US, Mexico, and Canada.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a team of operations coordinators and logistics specialists to drive operational excellence.
  • Oversee operational budgets, review P&L statements, and implement cost reduction strategies through methods like route optimization, shipment consolidation, and mode shifts.
  • Manage cargo claims, handle shipment exceptions, and resolve customer escalations effectively.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Comprehensive knowledge of US Customs brokerage processes and international commercial terms (Incoterms).

  • Capability to thrive in high-demand, quick-turnaround work settings.
  • Fluency in Chinese and English languages.
