Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and maintain scalable machine learning models that automate and enhance logistics workflows for clients.
• Manage projects from the initial problem definition and data analysis to deploying and monitoring models in production environments.
• Work collaboratively with engineering teams to ensure machine learning initiatives align with customer requirements and contribute business value.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship in machine learning, including code reviews and enforcing best practices for reproducibility, quality, and performance.
• Research and adopt tools or frameworks to improve machine learning infrastructure and workflow efficiency.
• Contribute to strategic planning as the company scales alongside its customers.

Qualifications and Experience

• Extensive experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in real production settings.
• Proficiency in designing scalable data pipelines and handling large-scale datasets.
• Capability to take full ownership of projects and ensure machine learning solutions yield measurable value to clients.
• Advanced Python programming skills and familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow, along with data manipulation tools like Pandas and Spark.
