Job Overview
The Maintenance Technician, reporting to the Asset & Facilities Manager within LINC's Finance Department, is responsible for maintaining and repairing all buildings, rental properties, and equipment. This role involves both interior and exterior upkeep, as well as performing routine and preventative maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Conduct repairs on buildings, rental properties, and equipment to ensure operational standards are met.
- Maintain both interior and exterior aspects of all properties overseen by LINC.
- Execute routine and preventative maintenance to prevent issues and prolong asset life.

Compensation and Benefits
This position is hourly, offering $21 to $23 per hour. Employees benefit from a flexible and appealing paid time off (PTO) package as well as health insurance sponsored by the employer.
