Role overview
Anika Technologies is looking for a Managed Security Services Product Manager to own and improve its managed security services portfolio. This position is a permanent, full-time remote role, with candidates expected to be based in or able to work from Vietnam, Singapore, the Philippines, or Thailand. Compensation will be aligned with market standards.
What you will do
You will lead the full lifecycle of MSS offerings, from documenting current services to guiding their ongoing evolution. The role involves close collaboration with DevOps teams to strengthen service features, streamline delivery, and help shape future enhancements. You will also work with OEM vendors to coordinate product roadmaps, evaluate and integrate new technologies, and keep the MSS portfolio competitive and forward-looking.
Core focus
This role requires strategic thinking, cross-functional coordination, and a strong understanding of the security services landscape. The goal is to ensure the service portfolio continues to adapt to customer needs, market shifts, and the company’s broader security objectives.
