Manager - Construction

About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks an experienced and driven Manager - Construction to lead our significant construction initiatives. This role demands comprehensive oversight of all project phases, from planning through execution, to guarantee timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee construction projects from start to finish while ensuring safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Formulate and apply schedules, budgets, and resource management plans for projects.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and related professionals to ensure precise adherence to design specifications.
• Track project progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to stay aligned with goals.
• Manage contractor and subcontractor relationships to ensure workmanship quality and adherence to deadlines.
• Address and resolve conflicts or challenges arising during construction phases.
• Ensure all activities meet legal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a workplace culture emphasizing safety and continuous enhancement of construction operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent; preference given to those holding a Master's degree.
• At least 10 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects successfully within budget and on schedule.
• Proven leadership capabilities with strong skills in mentoring diverse teams.
• Deep understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Outstanding problem-solving aptitude and capacity to make decisions effectively under pressure.
• Experience with project management software and current construction technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
