Role Overview

This position calls for a Manager of Operations and Service Development to envision large-scale strategic improvements while actively engaging in hands-on implementation. The individual will design and establish foundational systems aimed at freeing time for future strategic expansion.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in quality and risk management.
  • Excellent communication abilities, including preparing reports, proposals and presentations.
  • A relevant tertiary degree or significant progress toward one in fields like data governance, IT, project management, or related areas.
  • Capacity to thrive in hybrid work settings, manage multiple priorities, and uphold cultural sensitivity.
