Role Overview
This position is accountable for driving sales performance across assigned accounts and business areas. The role involves building and expanding the customer base, achieving order booking and revenue goals, and managing the complete sales cycle from the first customer discussion through proposal creation and final order delivery. It is a hands-on operational role with a direct influence on business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Work toward revenue goals and pipeline expansion.
- Grow the existing customer base through tailored value propositions.
- Identify customer needs and uncover new sales opportunities.
- Gather a clear understanding of customer expectations and requirements.
- Represent the business in customer-facing and internal meetings to support business development.
- Build and manage action plans for assigned accounts or regions.
- Handle sales enquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
- Track customer feedback, market shifts, and competitor activity, then share relevant updates and reports.
- Record qualified opportunities in SFDC and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Work closely with internal teams such as product, solutions, legal, and commercial to resolve issues and move priority deals forward faster.
- Stay current on product offerings and competitive developments.
Experience and Skills
Candidates should bring enterprise sales or account management experience. Strong experience in SFDC administration, pipeline and funnel development, account management, and consultative selling is expected. The role also requires the ability to deliver business and technical presentations and demonstrations, as well as the capability to collect and interpret customer business requirements.
