About the Role

Worley is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment delivery for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will oversee the local TA team, support regional hiring priorities, and help align hiring activity with broader business objectives. The position requires a strong focus on service quality, stakeholder partnership, and continuous improvement in a fast-moving, multicultural environment.

Primary Objectives

  • Lead the KSA Talent Acquisition team’s output and delivery so regional hiring needs are met and the business can achieve its strategic goals.
  • Apply a high-standard recruitment approach that aligns with company policies, procedures, and quality expectations.
  • Provide a consistently proactive and value-adding TA service to the region and the wider organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strengthen team performance and ensure the TA function responds quickly and effectively to changing business demands.
  • Build productive relationships with important regional stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the EMEA TA Director to share workload and ensure recruitment teams have the support needed for business and project requirements.
  • Shape TA strategy and initiatives to address regional priorities, especially Saudi Nationalization.
  • Expand TA capability in the region in coordination with Regional TA Leads and the TA Director.
  • Encourage the use of internal candidates and company resources throughout the hiring process.
  • Support diverse candidate slates, interview shortlists, and hiring outcomes in line with company D&I goals.
  • Promote Eightfold and other recruitment systems to improve reporting quality and consistency across the region.
  • Ensure all recruitment practices meet applicable legal requirements and ethical expectations at local, regional, and global levels.
  • Develop strong working relationships with People teams across locations so TA is well represented and business needs are effectively supported.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of talent acquisition experience in engineering, oil and gas, or a similar sector, ideally within an in-house environment.
  • Proven international recruitment background, with hands-on experience hiring across the Middle East.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with confidence leading a multicultural team.
  • Ability to advise and partner with business stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Solid understanding of TA metrics and reporting.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability through both example and influence.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Management, Psychology, or an equivalent field.
  • Awareness of HSE and how it connects with talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of the company’s strategy and objectives.
  • Good organization, attention to detail, negotiation ability, and presentation skills.
  • Capability to work to tight deadlines and manage complex workloads across multiple business areas and locations.
  • Strong IT skills, including Taleo and MS Office tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
