Overview
The Manpower Affairs Manager is tasked with leading and overseeing all manpower-related operations within the organization. This includes devising strategic plans for the department and managing functions related to air ticketing, banking, medical insurance, and inbound/outbound personnel activities. The role demands alignment of all manpower processes with the company's objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute a detailed manpower affairs strategy to align with organizational goals.
- Create and enforce standardized policies and procedures for all manpower-focused tasks to maintain uniformity and compliance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and apply best practices to improve manpower affairs operations.
- Manage air travel arrangements by overseeing booking processes and negotiating contracts with travel agencies and airlines to secure competitive rates and services.
- Establish travel-related policies to ensure adherence to airline regulations and proper handling of travel documentation.
- Handle banking service partnerships to ensure secure and efficient financial transactions, implementing relevant financial policies for reimbursements and banking operations.
- Supervise medical insurance program management by negotiating cost-effective and quality insurance plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, and communicating benefits effectively.
- Oversee inbound and outbound staffing procedures, including onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining compliance, and managing related manpower records and documentation.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- Over 15 years of experience in human resources or personnel management, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or leadership position.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing air ticketing, banking, and insurance-related functions within a manpower context.

- Proficiency with HR management software alongside Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
