- Contribute to departmental projects, safety meetings, and initiatives promoting environmental sustainability.

- Minimum of 2 years' relevant procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience, ideally within manufacturing or production settings.
- Proficiency using ERP systems for handling purchase orders, inventory tracking, and vendor relationships (experience with NetSuite, Deacom, SAP or similar preferred).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis supporting purchasing decisions.
- Highly organized with an ability to juggle multiple concurrent vendors, purchase orders, and deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in fast-changing environments with a positive mindset and proactive approach.
- Persistent problem-solver adept at sourcing information and clarifying uncertainties.
- Sound judgment and autonomy to make decisions amid partial information.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

- Preferred: background in wine, beverage, or food manufacturing; familiarity with MRP systems and demand planning; certifications such as CPSM or APICS/CSCP.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
