About the company
ALOtec Dresden GmbH, founded in 1998, has grown into a capable technology partner for the metalworking industry. The company develops customer-specific, turnkey robotic systems for laser hardening and laser cladding.
What you will do
- Create and develop machine components as well as complex mechanical assemblies in CAD, working closely with the team.
- Calculate and dimension parts and assemblies.
- Prepare production-ready detailed drawings, bills of materials, and assembly instructions.
- Coordinate technical details with customers, suppliers, and internal production teams while keeping cost and quality targets in focus.
What we are looking for
- Completed technical vocational training with a focus on design, or a completed technical degree in a design-related field.
- Practical working knowledge of a common CAD system, ideally Autodesk Inventor.
- Practical knowledge of MS Office and experience using an ERP system.
- Entrepreneurial, goal-oriented thinking and a structured, analytical way of working.
- Fast comprehension, strong numerical understanding, and an analytical approach.
- Very good communication skills and a friendly, confident manner.
- High level of independence and good written and spoken English.
