We are thrilled to welcome applications for the Media Executive position located in Melbourne with our dynamic team.

Primary Duties

  • Assist with media buying and investment execution for key client campaigns.
  • Support campaign implementation across television, out-of-home (OOH), and other offline channels.
  • Accurately manage campaign set-up, bookings, tracking, and material delivery deadlines.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify any issues or optimization opportunities.
  • Prepare weekly reporting, post-campaign analyses, and competitive media insights.
  • Maintain consistent communication with media owners, clients, and internal teams.
  • Support senior colleagues in negotiations, value assessment, and delivering additional value.
  • Ensure finance-related processes such as purchase orders, bookings, and reconciliations are completed precisely and punctually.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Familiarity with the Australian media landscape and media buying principles.
  • Good foundational experience in TV and/or OOH buying, campaign management, and reporting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in campaign delivery, reporting, and financial procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as MOVE, TV Map, Nielsen Ad Intel, and Dash8.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
