About the Role

We are an independent B2B brand, communications, and marketing agency based in the Greater Brighton and Hove area, specializing in complex industries like science, engineering, technology, and defense. We help global clients communicate clearly and boldly, cutting through noise with impactful brand strategies, campaigns, animated explainers, and proof-of-concept demos.

Responsibilities

You will transform technical subject matter into accessible, engaging creative outputs, managing projects from brief through to delivery. Collaborating with colleagues, you'll lead your own assignments while consistently enhancing the quality of your work. This role requires bold, detail-oriented thinking and a strong passion for motion editing and digital design.

Candidate Profile

• Strategic thinker adept at addressing challenges with direct and impactful design solutions
• Strong desire to deeply understand briefs before crafting multifaceted, effective creative approaches
• Capable of generating, evaluating, and refining diverse ideas
• Confident in independently managing projects or working collaboratively to achieve goals
• Experience working for B2B clients or within technically demanding sectors

Technical Skills and Tools

• Proficiency with the full Adobe Creative Suite
• Experienced user of Figma
• Competent in motion design including video editing and animation
• Familiarity with digital design aspects such as UX/UI, responsive design, and user journey planning
• Print design, artworking, and reprographics knowledge
