Occupational Therapist

Position Overview

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to become a valuable part of the Bloom Therapy Speech Center team in Dubai. This role involves delivering specialized therapy focused on pediatric clients to enhance their functional abilities and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth client assessments to create personalized treatment programs
• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to meet client objectives
• Work collaboratively with families, educators, and colleagues to provide cohesive support
• Ensure comprehensive record keeping and communicate progress effectively with parents
• Continuously update knowledge by engaging with the latest developments in pediatric occupational therapy

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a DHA license or eligibility letter as an Occupational Therapist or Physical Medicine Therapist (mandatory)
• At least three years experience working with pediatric populations
• Strong communication skills and excellent organizational capabilities
• Proven ability to manage time efficiently and work effectively as part of a team
• Holding a UAE driving license is preferred
• Experience working within Dubai schools or nurseries is advantageous
