Role Overview
The Onboarding Specialist will guide new clients through an organized onboarding journey, ensuring rapid adoption of INNERGY solutions and delivering measurable business benefits early on.
Key Duties
- Lead new client onboarding by clarifying expectations, setting milestones, and monitoring achievement of goals.
- Facilitate client education by embedding learning opportunities throughout onboarding and collaborating with the Content Creation team to prioritize essential training resources.
- Utilize data tracking to oversee client progress and swiftly handle issues that may arise during onboarding.
- Maintain client engagement and motivation, promoting the adoption of INNERGY processes and industry best practices.
- Ensure transparent, consistent communication with clients, documenting all engagement for team-wide awareness.
- Identify and resolve barriers such as low client participation or resistance to change, devising strategies to maintain onboarding momentum.
- Collect and relay client feedback to optimize onboarding approaches and guide future training content development.
Qualifications
- Experience in onboarding, client success, or related functions, ideally within Microvellum’s architectural millwork environment or manufacturing sector.
- Exceptional communication skills to clearly articulate complex subjects.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Competence in analyzing data to assess progression and risks.
- Ability to motivate clients and steer them toward successful implementation.
- Experience collaborating effectively with content or training teams to influence and prioritize resource creation.
- Problem-solving capabilities with adaptability to diverse client needs.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
