Key Responsibilities

• Engage and assist leads interested in purchasing courses.

• Work towards clear sales targets and continuously monitor performance.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and ease in conversing with clients.
• Previous sales experience with eagerness to grow and earn based on results.
• Highly organized and responsible, especially in a remote work setting.
• Access to a computer or laptop with a stable internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consultative sales, particularly in educational products or services.
• Familiarity with working under sales targets.

Compensation and Benefits

• Contract Type: PJ (individual micro-entrepreneur) or willingness to register as such.
• Fixed monthly salary ranging roughly from R$2,500, plus commissions. Earnings during the initial three months average between R$3,000 and R$5,000.
• High performance may lead to earnings exceeding R$10,000 monthly.
