Operation and Dispatch Manager

About the Company and Role

Royal Mech Industries is an engineering manufacturing firm located in MIDC Bhosari, Pune. They are seeking an Operations Executive responsible for managing production and dispatch operations efficiently within the manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure daily production progress and execution.
• Coordinate with vendors and job-work suppliers effectively.
• Oversee purchase processes and material follow-ups.
• Negotiate rates with vendors to optimize costs.
• Manage work completion as per production planning.
• Plan dispatch activities and arrange vehicles accordingly.
• Follow up on customer payments to maintain cash flow.
• Prepare daily reports on production, purchase, and dispatch activities.

Eligibility and Experience

• Minimum education requirement is 12th grade or ITI pass in any trade.
• Must have 3 to 8 years of experience in engineering manufacturing or machining industry.
• Experience in vendor handling and negotiation is essential.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Excel, WhatsApp, and Email.
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings is preferred but not mandatory.
• Possession of a two-wheeler is mandatory for commuting.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges from ₹35,000 to ₹40,000 INR.
