Overview

TP Transportes is looking for a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to enhance operational effectiveness by analyzing business processes and tracking key performance indicators. The selected candidate will collaborate with various departments to gather and interpret operational data, enabling informed suggestions that boost efficiency, productivity, and service quality. This role emphasizes analyzing workflows, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven strategies to align with organizational goals.

Key Duties

  • Track and evaluate operational metrics and performance measurements.
  • Develop reports and interactive dashboards for comprehensive analytical insights.
  • Identify patterns in operational data and recommend data-supported improvements.
  • Assess workflows and document business processes systematically.
  • Conduct root cause analyses to uncover inefficiencies and suggest solutions.
  • Assist in the implementation of operational enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate regularly with stakeholders to understand operational needs and facilitate optimization projects.
  • Maintain and update operational documentation and track progress on improvement actions.
  • Report operational status and improvement outcomes to management consistently.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or equivalent.
  • Sound knowledge of business operations, performance measurement, and process analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and acquainted with data visualization and analysis software.
  • Experienced in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from diverse sources.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and critical reasoning skills.
  • Familiarity with process improvement frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly presenting analytical results.
  • Exceptional organizational ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail ensuring accuracy in data handling and reports.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge in workflow documentation, process mapping, and business analysis practices.
  • Dedicated to confidentiality, professionalism, and maintaining high operational standards.
