Operations Analyst

Role overview

The client is hiring a highly motivated Operations Analyst to support OTC trading and clearing activities. This position is client-facing and calls for strong communication, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.

The role will contribute to client onboarding, payment handling, and ongoing service support, while coordinating closely with teams across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Handle KYC checks and onboarding workflows, making sure submissions are complete, accurate, and aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Process client payments and perform reconciliations with speed and precision.
• Serve as a main contact for client enquiries and provide a consistently high level of support.
• Assist with daily operational work for OTC trading and clearing processes.
• Keep records up to date and protect data accuracy across internal systems.
• Partner with stakeholders in Compliance, Trading, Sales, Finance, and Operations.
• Track work queues and ensure tasks are delivered within strict deadlines.
• Look for ways to streamline processes and improve the client experience.

Skills and experience

The ideal candidate will bring excellent organisational ability, strong numerical and analytical thinking, and clear written and spoken communication. They should be comfortable balancing several priorities at once, working under pressure, and meeting demanding deadlines.

A client-first attitude is important, along with a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a positive, proactive approach. Experience with MT5 (MetaTrader 5), familiarity with commodity trading markets, and Arabic language skills would be beneficial, though not required.
