Role Overview

We are recruiting an Operations Consultant on a contract basis to support a variety of operations and administrative duties remotely from any location. This position requires versatility to manage diverse tasks across different departments while ensuring smooth and efficient workflow execution. Candidates should be adept at balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced virtual work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver general administrative assistance including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and preparing documents.
  • Support tasks like data entry, maintaining accurate records, and organizing both digital and physical filing systems.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping functions such as tracking expenses, processing invoices, and reconciling financial accounts.
  • Arrange logistical elements for meetings, travel plans, and online event support when necessary.
  • Conduct research and generate reports on assigned subjects to aid team decision-making processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Experience performing fundamental bookkeeping activities including expense monitoring and invoice handling.
  • Strong organizational abilities enabling efficient multitasking management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to compose emails and reports effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail for accurate data entry, record maintenance, and financial documentation.
