About the Role
This opportunity is with a company that connects high-caliber creative and technical professionals with leading AI research teams. The organization is based in San Francisco and is backed by investors including Benchmark, General Catalyst, Peter Thiel, Adam D'Angelo, Larry Summers, and Jack Dorsey.
The position is for an operations, inventory, and capacity planning evaluator working remotely on a contract basis.
What You'll Do
- Review AI-produced materials using domain-specific quality standards.
- Spot factual, visual, and formatting issues in documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Write concise, well-organized feedback that helps improve model outputs.
- Use strong subject-matter knowledge in operations, inventory management, and capacity planning.
- Handle work independently, asynchronously, and within deadlines while maintaining a high standard of evaluation quality.
Required Background
- At least 5 years of professional experience in operations, inventory, and capacity planning.
- Strong command of English, either native-level or professional fluency.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with particular strength in Slides tools such as Google Slides or PowerPoint.
Preferred Profile
- A Master's degree or higher from a well-regarded institution is an advantage.
