Role Summary

The Operations Manager will take full ownership of the operational aspects of dubizzle Cars, managing areas such as vehicle inspections, logistics, inventory control, and transfers all across the UAE. This role requires partnering with multiple departments to enhance operational processes, improve product functionality, and maximize resource utilization effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage various on-site operational functions related to the automotive division.
• Support the team in successfully resolving customer complaints linked to business operations.
• Develop and implement new business processes aimed at increasing efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Review and analyze operational reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to refine procedures, improve standards, and update policies.
• Collaborate closely with relevant teams to design workflows addressing business processes and client concerns.
• Oversee the Inspections function by optimizing workflows for time efficiency without compromising quality and ensure staffing adheres to strict hiring protocols.
• Coach, mentor, and empower the operations team, fostering a culture that promotes growth and excellence.
• Manage forecasting and budgeting processes including expenditure scheduling, variance analysis, and implementing corrective measures.
• Monitor key performance indicators and conduct regular audits covering asset management, standard operating procedures, and service level agreements.
• Take charge of the operational product suite (CRM and Inspection Application) to drive sustainable improvements focused on efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
• Define and implement strategic and operational objectives with proper follow-up mechanisms.
• Communicate up-to-date information and progress reports to all relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.

Candidate Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Between 2 to 4 years’ demonstrated experience as an Operations Manager or Project Manager.
• Background in large technology-driven, automotive, or ecommerce B2C companies preferred.
• Experience managing multi-location branded operations and on-demand logistics is an advantage.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies to implement operational changes.
• Sound expertise in Operations Management, Customer Centricity, Project Management, and Supply Chain.
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage teams effectively.
• Competent in organizing, planning, and delegating tasks efficiently.
• Resilient and adaptable to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic work environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams to meet deadlines and deliver results.
