Role Overview

We are seeking a graduate-level Technologist to join the Technical Services Materials Team. This position will involve supporting manufacturing and research & development by leading projects and investigations related to materials, processes, and product performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing support to manufacturing via detailed material and process investigations.
  • Evaluating data to enhance yield rates, quality standards, and overall performance.
  • Assisting in the introduction of new products (New Product Introduction - NPI).
  • Leading initiatives focused on continuous process improvement.
  • Collaborating closely with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams.
  • Generating comprehensive technical reports and formulating practical recommendations.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Possession of a degree in a scientific or engineering field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical thinking and adept problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail with a structured and methodical working style.
  • Effective communication skills and the capability to work well within a team environment.
