Job description

Role Overview

This position supports day-to-day operational activity in Singapore, with a focus on service assurance, customer service, administrative assistance, operations coordination, and reporting.

Core Functions

  • Help maintain service assurance standards across operational workflows.
  • Support customer-facing service activities and issue handling.
  • Provide administrative and general support for the operations team.
  • Assist with routine operational tasks to keep work moving smoothly.
  • Prepare and maintain reports as required.

Education and Experience

A secondary school education, or an equivalent qualification, is required. The role calls for between two and four years of relevant work experience.
