As an Oracle AI Knowledge Manager, you will spearhead the creation, governance, and continuous improvement of the knowledge ecosystem supporting the Oracle and Enterprise Applications Practice, driving enhanced delivery, innovation, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement the knowledge management strategy in alignment with business goals, including governance frameworks and content lifecycle policies.
- Manage a centralized, organized, and user-friendly repository for practice-wide knowledge assets, ensuring accessibility and adherence to tagging and classification standards.
- Capture and curate essential knowledge from various sources, including methodologies, accelerators, case studies, and training materials, collaborating closely with delivery teams for timely asset contributions.
- Promote a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing by leading awareness campaigns, facilitating communication forums, and integrating knowledge resources into learning programs.
- Support development and maintenance of intellectual property and reusable delivery assets aligned with practice standards and offerings.
- Regularly monitor repository usage, maintain content quality through audits, and explore technological enhancements like AI-driven search to continuously optimize knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Management, Business, Technology, Knowledge Management, or related fields.
- Bring over 8 years of relevant experience in knowledge management, practice operations, content management, or consulting enablement, ideally within Enterprise Applications or large consulting environments.
- Demonstrate expertise in designing and administering enterprise knowledge repositories and leading organization-wide knowledge adoption initiatives.
Skills and Competencies
- Proficient in knowledge management frameworks, information architecture, content lifecycle management, governance, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Skilled in Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Viva, Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, Power BI for analytics, AI-enabled search platforms, and content management systems.
- Strong leadership capabilities including strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, executive communication, influence, and program management.
