About the Company

Papzod Software Pvt. Ltd. is a technology services and consulting firm that also manages sales functions for select international clients. Currently, they seek an Outbound Sales Caller fluent in English to represent a Canadian client specializing in drone-based exterior cleaning solutions nationwide.

Role Overview

This is a remote, contract position focused on generating qualified sales leads rather than closing deals. The ideal candidate will engage with Canadian business prospects to introduce and promote their client’s services professionally, communicate with decision-makers, and qualify potential customers effectively.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to targeted business prospects in Canada.
  • Introduce the cleaning services cordially and professionally.
  • Engage with relevant decision-makers and qualify lead interest.
  • Address basic objections raised by prospects thoughtfully.
  • Schedule follow-up communications when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily calls and updates in the call tracker.
  • Adhere strictly to the prescribed sales scripts and processes.
  • Collaborate closely with the project manager and improve through feedback and training.
  • Achieve approximately 65–75 connected business conversations daily (with flexibility for weekly targets).

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday, from 7:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST (remote).

Candidate Requirements

  • Fluent spoken English with a neutral or easily understandable accent.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Confidence interacting with business professionals over phone calls.
  • Reliable internet access and a quiet working environment.
  • Motivation to learn outbound B2B sales processes.
  • Professional demeanor, punctuality, and a positive approach to feedback.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, cold calling, SDR, BDR, or international sales is an advantage but not mandatory.

Training & Career Development

The company offers structured training covering areas such as Canadian business communication, cold calling techniques, objection handling, lead qualification, CRM usage, sales psychology, and product/service knowledge.
