About the Role
Theobroma Food Pvt Ltd is seeking an Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of its Prayagraj location. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute store operations to maintain smooth workflow with an emphasis on upgrading sales and upholding high-quality standards as outlined by SOPs.
- Address and resolve customer issues including complaints and grievances promptly.
- Guide customers by welcoming them into the store and recommending products suitable to their needs.
- Maintain accurate record-keeping of materials received, issued, and other store transactions daily.
