Overnight Associate

Position Overview

The Overnight Associate plays a vital role in delivering excellent customer service by undertaking assigned duties related to receiving shipments and managing merchandise flow to the sales floor. The role involves unloading trailers, transporting pallets to designated areas, and aiding in merchandise processing in a clean and safe environment. Working collaboratively with the team, the associate plans and carries out tasks based on workload demands and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor in readiness for store opening.
• Set up, merchandise, and label promotional displays and features.
• Conduct live unloading of various merchandise types.
• Emphasize accurate labeling and organized placement of products in backroom storage bins and shelving units.
• Move pallets of merchandise between storage areas and the sales floor overnight for further processing.
• Support restocking of sales floor inventory and assist customers when required.
• Ensure sales floor labels are correctly applied for opening hours.
• Maintain a safe and hazard-free workplace by adhering to company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and securing displays and fixtures.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $17.75.

Qualifications
